    • All supplies and resources (in-office & remote)

    • Insurance credentialing, marketing, web presence and more

    • W-2 employment (not contract)

    • Percentage-based tiered pay structure

    • “Full-time” defined as 24+ client hours per week

    • Simple IRA with automatic employer contributions.
